BEEF BRISKET 
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
4 or 5 lb. beef brisket

Combine ingredients and pour over brisket. Cook covered for 7 hours at 250 degrees.
