BEEF BRISKET 
1 whole beef brisket (7-9 lbs.)
1 bunch chopped celery
2 lg. chopped onions
1 (6 oz.) Liquid Smoke
1 (16 oz.) Masterpiece Barbeque Sauce

Sprinkle 1/2 of onions and celery on bottom of large roasting pan. Top with brisket and cover with rest of onions and celery. Pour Liquid Smoke over and cover tightly with foil. Bake for 5 hours at 325 degrees. Remove and cool. Discard liquid. Refrigerate until 4 hours before serving. Set gas grill to medium (or oven to 325 degrees). Pour Masterpiece over and continue to cook for 4 hours, or until lightly glazed. NOTE: Takes 2 days. Serves 10 to 12.
