BARBECUED BEEF BRISKET 
1 (4 to 5 lb.) trimmed brisket
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
6 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. commercial BBQ sauce

Sprinkle beef with onion salt, celery salt and garlic powder. Mix liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce together and pour over meat. Cover with foil. Refrigerate several hours, turning once.

Bake covered at 300°F for 4 to 4 1/2 hours. Pour BBQ sauce over beef and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes.
