BAKED CAULIFLOWER ITALIAN STYLE 
1 med. head cauliflower
3 eggs
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tbsp. minced parsley
4 tbsp. Italian olive oil

Break cauliflower into flowerets and wash; then parboil and drain. Let stand awhile. In the meantime, beat eggs slightly, add grated cheese and olive oil, then stir in the cauliflower and remaining ingredients. Turn the mixture into 1 1/2 quart oiled casserole and bake 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serves four.
