BAKED BROCCOLI & CAULIFLOWER 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. cheese, cubed
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli and cauliflower according to directions on package; drain. Put vegetables in a greased baking dish.

Combine soup and cheese in a saucepan. Heat and stir until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Pour over vegetables.

Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly brown on top.
