PEAR SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) apricot Jello
1 lg. can Bartlett pears

Heat pear juice to boiling. Dissolve Jello in juice. Pour over cream cheese in mixer. Blend 30 seconds. Add pears and Cool Whip. Blend until creamy. Pour into 9 x 13 inch dish and chill until firm.
