PEAR SALAD 
1 sm. box lime Jello
1 lg. can pears
11 oz. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Boil 1 cup pear juice and add Jello. Cool until thick but runny. Add beaten cream cheese and pears. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill and serve.
