CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD 
1 1/2 c. chopped cranberries
1 c. chopped red apple
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. seeded green grapes - halved
1/3 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt

Combine ingredients. Toss to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours. Stir just before serving.

Garnish with frosted cranberries and mint leaves, if desired. Serves 9.
