2 pkgs. chicken breast or 2 small chickens
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli (par cooked)
2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chicken broth
1 sm. pkg. bread stuffing (not cubes)
1 stick melted butter

Cook chicken until tender. Mix soup, mayonnaise and broth in bowl and set aside. Place chicken in buttered casserole dish, 8 x 12 or 9 x 13 inch. Cover with broccoli. Pour mixture on top of broccoli, then cover with bread crumbs. Sprinkle with melted butter and bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
