CURRY CHICKEN DELIGHT 
4 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned, and halved
1/2 c. flour
4 slices bacon
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Cooked rice

Coat chicken with flour. Cook bacon until crisp; crumble (reserve drippings). Brown chicken in bacon grease for approximately 10 minutes. Transfer to 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes. Combine honey, mustard, salt, and curry. Drizzle over chicken and bake 15 minutes more. Top with crumbled bacon. Serve with rice.
