SCALLOPED HAM AND POTATOES 
2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. skim milk
1 tbsp. flour
Pepper to taste
2 c. cooked diced ham
1 tbsp. butter

Put layer of potatoes in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with some of the flour, ham, salt and pepper. Repeat until all the potatoes and ham are used. Pour milk over the potatoes and ham and dot with butter. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Servings: 4 (1 cup each)
