HONEY BAKED CHICKEN 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. onion, fine
2 lg. cloves garlic
1/4 c. dijon mustard
1/2 c. honey
1 tbsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. chutney (Major Greys)
Boneless chicken breasts or your favorite part.

Arrange chicken in an oiled Pyrex baking dish. Melt butter add onion, garlic and mustard and cook 5 minutes. Take off stove. Add honey, curry powder, chutney and stir well. Coat the chicken and bake in 400 degree oven 1 hour, approximately. (Watch the last 20 minutes as the honey tends to burn). The last 10 minutes pour the remainder of the sauce over to heat through. Serve over rice or noodles.
