HONEY CHICKEN 
4 1/2 lb. chicken breast or thigh
3/4 c. fresh orange juice
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard or curry powder
1/2 tsp. paprika

Skin chicken. Combine orange juice, lemon juice, salad oil, honey and the seasonings and shake or blend well. Place chicken in bowl or shallow ceramic dish. Pour sauce over the chicken to coat it well. Cover bowl or pan and allow to marinate overnight. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove chicken from sauce and put in baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn and baste with sauce, bake 30 minutes or until done. If browns too fast cover with foil.
