HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN | |
1 can sliced pineapple 4 boneless chicken breast 2 tsp. vegetable oil 4 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. thyme, crumbled 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 c. honey 1/4 c. mustard Pepper Drain pineapple and save juice. Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt, and pepper to taste. Brown chicken in vegetable oil until slightly brown. Combine honey, cornstarch, and mustard and 3 tablespoons of pineapple juice. Add thyme. Pour over chicken and bake for 10 minutes. |
