1 cut up chicken (3-4 lbs.)
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. honey
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Melt together.

Pour mixture over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Baste with honey mixture every 15 minutes. Great with rice!
