RAGGEDY ANN SALAD 
1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 c. seedless green grapes
1/4 c. golden raisins
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. grated coconut
2 c. sliced peaches
12 oz. peach yogurt

In bottom of salad bowl, arrange grated cabbage in layer. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Next add a layer of pineapple chunks, grapes which have been halved, raisins, cheese and coconut, reserving enough coconut to sprinkle on top.

Next add a layer of peaches. Spread yogurt evenly over all, spreading to edge of bowl.

Just before serving, garnish with a fresh sliced peach and remaining coconut and cheese.
