RAGGEDY ANN SALAD 
Shredded carrots
Deviled eggs
Celery
Thinly sliced ham
Tomato halves, peeled
Lettuce
Potato salad
Cottage cheese
Ripe olives
Bread and butter sandwiches

Make this salad individually on dinner size plate. At top, put deviled egg half for the head, below it an inverted tomato half for the body. Below this a mound of potato salad covered with a large lettuce leaf for the skirt. Beneath the skirt put 2 small mounds of cottage cheese for legs, ending each with an olive for the feet.

Wrap celery stalks with ham and lay out from each side of tomato for arms. Arrange grated carrot at the very top for hair and mark eyes, nose and mouth on yellow part of egg with bits of olive. Serve with sandwiches.
