LEMON PORK CHOPS 
8 boneless center cut pork chops
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 med. lemon

Mix egg and milk in bowl. Dip pork chop in mixture and then into bread crumbs. Top with a lemon slice. Bake at 400 degrees in oven for 50 minutes. Flip chops halfway through cooking time. Enjoy moist and delicious pork chops every time.
