6-8 center cut pork chops
1 tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning (I use McCormick's)
salt and pepper, to taste
non-stick cooking spray (Pam works best)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Wash off pork chops in cold water. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Layer chops in dish and sprinkle the top side with seasonings. Cover tightly with foil.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Note: Be careful when peeling off the foil as the steam can be hot!

Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed green beans - an awesome combination!!
