LEMON PEPPER MARINATED PORK
CHOPS
 
6 pork chops
2 tablespoons Lawry's lemon pepper
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups water

In a stainless steel pan or ceramic baking dish, whisk together 2 tablespoons Lawry's lemon pepper seasoning, 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, and 1 1/2 cups water.

Place pork chops in the marinade and marinate for 30 to 45 minutes in refrigerator, turning once or twice. Remove from refrigerator and pour out marinade. Cover with foil.

Bake at 375°F for about 1 hour (more of less according to thickness) and serve.
