LEMON BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. ketchup (I like Hunts)
3/4 c. water
3 tbsp. brown sugar
6 slices lemon

Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper; dip in flour and brown both sides in skillet. Transfer to baking dish with lemon slice on each pork chop. Mix ketchup, water and sugar and pour over chops. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350°F.

Serves 6.
