HONEY BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
1 frying chicken, cut up
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder

In a large baking dish (9 x 13-inch), melt butter. Stir in honey, pineapple juice, mustard, salt and curry powder. Coat chicken well and arrange in baking dish.

Bake about 1 hour at 375°F (uncovered). Turn at least once during baking.

Serves 4.
