2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
3/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. paprika

Blend cream cheese and milk until smooth. Combine oil and remaining ingredients. Using fork, gradually blend oil and vinegar mixture into cheese mixture until smooth and creamy. Cover; chill. Serving size: 2 cups.
