SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. chopped frozen spinach, cooked slightly & drained
2 lbs. sm. curd cottage cheese
6 tbsp. flour
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 stick butter
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Mix the above ingredients and bake in a 9"x13" buttered casserole dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and let stand for about 5 minutes before serving. Serves 8 to 10.
