SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. uncooked, chopped spinach, drained
6 eggs
6 tbsp. flour
2 lbs. lg. curd cottage cheese
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
1 stick butter

Melt butter, stir in flour and add the rest of the ingredients. Place in 2 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
