BRAN HONEY MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 c. bran cereal (any kind)
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. vegetable oil

1. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Set aside.

2. In large mixing bowl, stir together bran cereal, milk and honey. Let stand 3 minutes or until cereal is softened. Add egg and oil. Beat well.

3. Add flour mixture stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 greased muffin pan cups.

4. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
