PINEAPPLE - JELLO - CHEESE MOLD

1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. lemon Jello
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Leave cheese at room temperature. Add mayonnaise (this may be omitted, if desired). Add drained pineapple. Add lemon Jello dissolved in 1 cup of hot water; later add to Jello pineapple juice, drained from pineapple. Cool in 2 refrigerator trays and cut in cubes when serving.
