LIME JELLO - SOUR CREAM MOLD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
2 c. (16 oz.) dairy sour cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries (opt.)

Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1 3/4 cups liquid. Heat to boiling. Add to Jello and stir until dissolved. Chill until slightly thickened. In large bowl, put sour cream. Add crushed pineapple and gradually add lime Jello. Add nuts and cherries. Pour into mold and chill until set.
