STRAWBERRY SOUR CREAM JELLO 
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 lg. pkg. frozen strawberries
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
3 mashed bananas
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in frozen strawberries until berries break apart. Add pineapple and bananas. Pour one half of mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Set in refrigerator until firm. Spread sour cream over top of set Jello. Pour second half of mixture over sour cream and let set until firm. Note: Allow plenty of time for this since it has to set up in two parts.
