SPINACH DIP 
1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
1 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
4 scallions, chopped fine, including tops
2 pkgs. fresh spinach, cooked, drained well, squeezed dry and chopped

Mix all ingredients well to blend. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Overnight is better.
