CHOCOLATE FONDUE 
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
3/4 c. light cream
1-2 tbsp. liqueur or coffee
Cubes of angel food or pound cake
Cut-up apples, bananas, strawberries, cherries
Dried apricots

In a heavy saucepan, melt the chocolate with the cream over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in liqueur or coffee, and pour into fondue pot. Keep warm and use as dip for remaining ingredients.
