QUICK 'N EASY CHOCOLATE FONDUE 
12 oz. milk chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate pieces or sweet cooking chocolate
3/4 c. light cream
1-2 tbsp. kirsch; orange-flavored liqueur or brandy, if desired
2 tbsp. instant coffee

In heavy saucepan, melt chocolate and cream over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in liqueur. Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish to warm. Guests select choice of dippers.

Apple wedges, cubes of angel food cake, sliced bananas, mandarin orange segments, maraschino cherries, marshmallows, pineapple chunks, fresh strawberries.
