2 c. sugar
1 c. plum juice with pulp
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk

Mix and cook until thick. Add a pat of butter and stir until melted. Put into baked pie shell. Add meringue and brown. Chill and serve.
