1 lb. linguine 1/4 cup sesame oil 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 1/2 tbsp. rice vinegar hot chili pepper oil, to taste 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted Break linguine in half. Cook according to package directions until done but just firm to the bite. Drain. Mix remaining ingredients and add to the linguine. Serve cold or at room temperature. Serves 8.
