PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops
2 potatoes, sliced, boiled for about 5 minutes
1 onion, sliced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
4 carrots, quartered
1 can tomato soup, diluted

Brown chops quickly in skillet or under broiler. Place chops in baking pan and layer potatoes, onions, pepper and carrots on top. Pour tomato soup over chops, add salt and pepper, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
