ORANGE SHERBET SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) boxes orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1/2 pt. Cool Whip
11 oz. mandarin oranges, drained

Combine Jello and boiling water. Stir in sherbet. Let thicken slightly. (Congeals fast.) Add Cool Whip. Fold until completely blended. Add mandarin oranges. Chill. Serves 8.
