PASTA SALAD 
1/2 c. cooked drained pasta
2 tbsp. lo-cal dressing
1 c. cut up steamed vegetables
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

(Such as - zucchini, broccoli, yellow squash, onions, carrots and red peppers).

In a bowl combine all ingredients. Toss well and chill. Makes 1 servings - 297 calories. Serve with 1 roll and 1 small apple or orange.
