HAM AND PEPPER CUPS 
6 lg. peppers
4 lbs. canned ham, cooked and ground
2 tbsp. mustard
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. water

Cut off top of peppers; seed and cook 3 minutes in boiling water. Strain and fill with mixed ingredients. Stand in baking dish. Place water in bottom of dish around peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

Serves 6.
