LOW FAT LOW CHOLESTEROL DOUGHNUT
MUFFINS
 
1/3 c. Canola oil
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 container egg beaters
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Add milk, oil and egg beaters. In a separate bowl, sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Add to mixture. Stir well. Spray muffin tin with "Pam". Turn into 12 sprayed muffin tin. Sprinkle each muffin with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
