CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. noodles or juniorettes, cooked & drained

Cook beef, onion and green pepper in the 2 tablespoons butter. Add soups, water and garlic. Heat. Blend 1/2 cup cheese and cooked noodles. Top with 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
