KOSHER DILL PICKLES 
25 sm. cucumbers
Minced garlic
Dill seed
Crushed red pepper
Pickling salt
Vinegar & water

Pack cucumbers tightly into quart jars, into each jar put 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic, 2 tablespoon dill seed, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper. Boil 3 quarts water, 1 quart vinegar and 1 cup pickling salt. Pour over cucumbers in jars and close tightly. Process in hot water bath for 20 minutes. Makes 7 quarts.
