PIZZA CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. pork sausage 2 lg. cans tomato sauce 2 tsp. garlic powder 2 tsp. crushed oregano 2 tsp. basil 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp shredded cheddar cheese Brown sausage and drain. Cook tomato sauce, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt and pepper; then add cooked sausage and simmer one hour, stirring occasionally. In a 9"x12" pan put a layer of spaghetti, a layer of meat sauce; then sprinkle 1/2 of each cheese on top; then another layer of spaghetti and meat sauce and top with remaining cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes; then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes. |
