BLACK RUSSIAN CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix (without pudding)
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate instant pudding
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. vodka
1/2 c. Kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur
3/4 c. water

In large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix at low speed about 1 minute. Beat at medium speed 4 minutes. Pour into Bundt pan that has been floured and greased or sprayed with Baker's Joy, not Pam! Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Let cool no longer than 10 minutes. Invert onto plate and glaze.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. Kahlua

Combine ingredients. Have ready when cake comes from oven. Poke holes in cake and pour over cake slowly. Give glaze a chance to soak into cake. Don't rush pouring glaze.
