CHILI CHEESE PUFF 
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped chilies, drained
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted (or butter)

In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Serve immediately.
