CHILI CHEESE PUFF 
5 eggs
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. cottage cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained

In large mixing bowl, beat eggs well. Stir in next five ingredients. Add green chilies. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Serve immediately.

Yield: 6-8 servings. Sausage or ham goes well with this dish!
