HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. diced banana
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda

Sift together flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and baking soda. Add nuts and mix by hand. Mix eggs, oil, pineapple, pineapple juice and diced banana. Gradually add to dry ingredients. Bake in Bundt pan 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1/4 lb. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped nuts

Cream together above ingredients, blending nuts in last. Spread on cool cake.
