3 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. mashed bananas
1 c. ground pecans
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 5 ingredients, add all other ingredients, stir until mixed well. Divide into 3 greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box 4x sugar

Cream cheese and butter together, add vanilla and sugar.
