3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. butter flavored vegetable oil
2 med. or 3 sm. bananas, chopped
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple

(Or vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon butter flavoring).

Mix together flour, salt, cinnamon, sugar, oil, eggs, pineapple and soda; mix by hand only. Add bananas and nuts, mix again. Pour in a greased floured tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done. Let cool 1 hour in pan before removing.
