BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH CHEESE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts
1 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. cheese cracker crumbs (10 sm. crackers, crushed)

Cook sprouts in boiling, salted water in uncovered pan. Simmer over medium heat 10-12 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork; drain sprouts. Sprinkle with lemon juice and crumbs; mix to blend. 5 servings, 1 serving=1/2 cup.

Diabetic Exchange: 1 vegetable.
