BRUSSELS SPROUTS DIJON | |
25 brussels sprouts 2 tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard 4 cloves garlic, chopped 3 tbsp. butter Parmesan cheese Freshly ground pepper Steam brussels sprouts until tender. Melt butter in heavy frying pan. Add mustard to sprouts. Cook for approximately three minutes. Add garlic. Cook for 2 more minutes. Toss with Parmesan cheese and ground pepper and serve. |
